This was cool to see.  Walked out of our place in Antigua last week and the volcano had erupted.

Went from Antigua to a place called Lago Atitlan which is surrounded by 3 volcanoes - just like Antigua.  It was very touristy, beautiful backdrop though.

We are currently in El Salvador.  Basically, it is paradise without the internet.  Some guys stole a kilometre of cable.  As the repair crew laid down sections of cable, the guys returned and stole the section behind the work crew AS they were working.    This means that the whole town we are in operates off of these sticks which pick up a feed from the capital city.  It is extremely slow.

We found a great hotel with pool for kids, great outdoor living area, kitchen, and other great travellers.  The wave is great.
